What is Smart Ownership?
Smart Ownership is Gro Club’s upgrade model.
You buy a product from Gro Club and own it from day one. When your child outgrows the product, you can upgrade to the next suitable size or model. The value of your current product is calculated and given as a discount on your next purchase.
If you don’t want to upgrade, you can simply keep the product. There are no extra payments or returns required.
Is this a rental?
No. You own the product from day one.
Smart Ownership gives you the flexibility to upgrade when your child outgrows the product, but the product is not rented to you. If you don’t upgrade, you can keep it with no additional fees or returns required.
What is upgrade as you gro mean?
Upgrade as your baby grows is Gro Club’s Smart Ownership benefit. It allows you to return your product when your child outgrows it and upgrade to the next suitable size or model instead of buying everything new again.
Here’s how it works:
- The value of your current product is calculated based on how long you’ve used it.
- For baby gear in this category, the value is calculated as:
Amount paid ÷ 12 months × number of unused months.
- This remaining value is given as a discount on your next purchase.
- If you prefer, you can also keep the product - the choice is yours.
🔹 Please note: The diaper bag is not covered under the Smart Ownership upgrade program.
A Note on Bundles
If a baby product was purchased as part of a discounted bundle, the upgrade value of individual products is calculated at 50% of the listed selling price of the individual product, since the product was part of a bundled purchase. The same usage-based logic still applies.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD can be availed by contacting our team via Whatsapp or via phone.
Cash On Delivery facility currently only available in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, Gro Club delivers many products across India.
All baby products are available for delivery across India. Certain bicycle models are also available for delivery across India. However, some bicycles may not be eligible for nationwide shipping.
Please check the product listing carefully before placing your order. The delivery availability for each product will be mentioned on the respective product page or during checkout.
What is your return policy?
Gro Club has a return window based on the product category.
For bicycles, the return window is 5 days from delivery.
For baby products, the return window is 3 days from delivery.
The product must be unused, in a saleable condition with original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable.
Returns are subject to Gro Club’s return policy and product inspection.
